従業員の健康管理、および安全衛生に関する業務、健康管理業務全般及び、産業保健に関わる範囲での労務対応業務も担って頂きます。 ■業務内容 ・従業員との面談（復職支援、メンタルヘルス対応、保健指導、健康相談） ・産業医への連携、面談調整、アシスタント業務、産業医面談の同席 ・健康診断に関する業務（受診推奨、健康診断受診後の事後対応、二次検査の受診勧奨、健康相談、保健指導、データ入力・分析など） ・ストレスチェックの運用（委託先との連携、社内準備、実施者として事後措置、面談等） ・社員に対しての救急対応 ・長時間労働へのフォロー（アンケート、面談等） ・安全衛生委員会参加（資料作成、発表等） ・健康教育、啓蒙活動（健康講話、社内報などの教育資料・動画の作成） ・事務処理全般（健診結果や面談カルテ保管、整理等） ・ハラスメント相談における健康面での対応業務 ・労務面での対応における健康面での対応業務Company Info
