Job Summary
■業務内容： デジタルマーケティング（CRM領域）におけるクライアント課題を把握し、以下の一連のPDCA運用を実践しているチームでディレクション業務を行っていただきます。 ・コミュニケーションプランの企画・設計、及び実行、クライアントへの提案活動 ・メール・LINE等デジタルチャネルにおける制作のディレクション（上記プランに基づく企画・制作） ・MAツールやWEB接客ツール等を用いた施策実行・設定ディレクション ・MAツールやGA等各種計測ツールを用いた集計及び効果測定分析、クライアントへの報告、効果改善提案 ※オンライン・オフライン統合案件にも挑戦できる機会あり。 ■業務の魅力： ・CRMにおける一連のPDCA運用を通して、デジタルマーケティングの実践経験を積むことができます。 ・施策効果を最大化するためのノウハウやディレクション・プランニングスキルが身に付きます。 ・MA、BI、CDP、WEB接客ツール等、幅広いデジタル運用ツールに触れ、技術習得ができます。 ・運用チームマネジメントを担当いただくため、係数管理能力やヒューマンマネジメントスキルが身に付きます。 ・デジタルビジネスの専門領域を広げるためのローテーションも可能です。 ・ディレクター経験後は、デジタルマーケティングビジネスを幅広くマネジメントするPMとして活躍の場を広げる事も可能です。Company Info
