Job Summary
【募集背景】 現在のシステム運用をさらに強化し、急拡大するサービス市場に対応するため、新たにSREポジションを設けました。技術的な知識を活かし、安定したインフラ運用とサービス品質向上を担っていただける方を募集します。 現状SRE専任担当はおらず、今回一人目の専任担当採用となり、インフラ運用を主導し、最適化や改善を行っていただく役割です。 （現在はシステム開発エンジニアがインフラ設定・運用を兼務しています。） 【具体的な業務内容】 • AWSを基盤にAzureなどのクラウドインフラの管理・最適化 • サーバー監視・パフォーマンス改善（NewRelic等を使用） • システム運用の自動化や効率化 • 継続的なインフラの安定性と信頼性を確保するための施策の導入 【配属組織】 システム本部 エンジニアが所属している部署となり、部全体では31名います。 【本ポジションの魅力】 ・一人目専任担当として立ち上げや仕組み作りをアーリーなステージで携われる。 ・会社の事業成長や組織成長に関われる、実感できる。 【テクノロジースタック】 • インフラ：AWS（EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECSなど）、Azure • 言語：PHP7-8、JavaScript（Vue.js, Next.js） • ツール：CloudWatch, NewRelic、GitHub、Docker • 管理ツール：GitHub Actions、Backlog、SlackCompany Info
