Job Summary
研究開発部門における評価業務を担当し、将来的には開発・設計を担うR&Dエンジニアを目指せるポジションです。 まずは、実験室での評価作業を通じて、精密な計測・分析スキルを身につけていただきます。 【主な業務内容】 ・ワイヤーハーネスを中心とした電子・機械部品の評価・試験業務 ・温度試験や振動試験など、信頼性を確認するための実験補助 ・パワーメーターやOTDRなどの測定機器を用いたデータ測定・整理 ・実験結果の記録、報告資料の作成、技術メンバーとの連携 ・上長や設計エンジニアの指示に基づく業務全般 配属先では、評価チーム・設計チームを含む7～8名体制で研究開発に取り組んでおり、若手から経験者まで幅広く活躍中。 自動車関連部品（特にワイヤーハーネスなど光関連部品）の研究開発を支える重要なポジションです。Company Info
