社会インフラやエネルギー関連システムの制御ソフトウェア開発に携わります。研究開発部門と連携しながら、安定稼働や効率化を支える仕組みをソフトウェアの力で実現するポジションです。経験やスキルに応じて、設計・開発・評価まで幅広い工程を担当していただきます。【主な業務内容】・制御用ソフトウェア（C/C++、Qt）の設計・開発・改修・ツール開発（Excel VBA、C/C++、Qtなど）による効率化支援・認証テストのテスト仕様書作成および検証作業・試験結果の記録、報告書作成、品質改善提案研究開発に近いフェーズから関われるため、技術的な考察やアイデアを活かしながら、長期的に専門性を高めていける環境です。 ■開発環境【言語】C、C++、Excel VBA 【開発ツール】Visual Studio、Qt、MySQL、仮想化環境（VMware等）、バージョン管理ツール（SubVersion等）【OS】Windows、Linux ※特定バージョンには依存しない環境で開発しています。 ■プロジェクト例・エネルギー設備向けの制御・監視ソフトウェア開発（動作安定化や稼働効率向上を支援）・運用・保守管理を支える解析・ツール開発・産業機器や輸送システムに関する制御ソフトウェアおよび検証業務 ※本ポジションは、上記の制御ソフトウェア領域に関連する長期プロジェクトを想定しています。 ■この仕事の魅力・社会を支えるやりがい：社会インフラやエネルギー領域を支えるシステムに携われます。・安定した環境でスキルを磨ける：長期プロジェクト中心で、腰を据えて専門技術を深められます。・研究開発寄りの開発現場：新しい技術を積極的に取り入れる風土があり、学びと挑戦の機会が豊富です。・チームサポート体制：現場にはベテランエンジニアも多く、知見を共有しながら着実に成長できます。
