VRAIN Solutionとは 2024年2月に創業から3年11ヶ月で上場した「モノづくりのあり方を変え、世界を変えていく」をミッションに、 AI×IoTで”製造現場のデファクトスタンダードの構築” を目指す会社です。 製造業のインテグレーターとは 国際競争の激化や人手不足など、深刻な課題を抱える製造業では、デジタル活用による業務効率化・生産性向上が求められています。 そこで私たちは、製造現場の自動化及び省人化を支援するべく、自社開発のAI技術を活用したソフトウェアプロダクト + ハードウェアの両軸で工場ラインのインテグレーション提案を行い、工場現場実装を通じた課題解決型ソリューションを提供しています。 現在はAI外観検査事業およびコンサルティング事業を中心に事業拡大しており、今後も製造現場における様々な課題解決に向けた、自社製のAIソフトウェア×IoTによる新たなソリューション領域へと事業を拡大していきます。 仕事内容 DX推進コンサルタント、またビジネス領域のマネジメントを想定した幹部候補として弊社に参画し、弊社クライアントの潜在的課題解決に向けたの企画立案、提案営業及び案件PMとしてエンジニアを率いデリバリーいただき、スマートファクトリー化など製造現場のDX推進を推進いただきます。 【職務詳細】 ① 開発・現場実装 ※得意な分野のプロジェクトから参画予定 ・アルゴリズムリサーチ ・エッジデバイス実装 ・クラウドデプロイ ② 資料作成・顧客折衝 ・定例MTGにおける資料作成・報告 ・現状分析を通じてのクライアントの潜在的課題及び顕在的課題の具体化 ・AI・IoTのソリューションサービスの企画、仮説検証、効果検証等のコンサルティング支援 ・ミーティングのファシリテーション、プロジェクトマネジメント ③ 開発組織マネジメント 【変更の範囲】会社の定める全ての業務 【過去のプロジェクト事例】 ＜画像認識＞ ・外観検査 ・ロボットピッキング ＜時系列解析＞ ・設備センサデータを用いた異常検知や予知保全 ・完成品の異音検査 ＜自然言語処理＞ ・特許文書調査 ・社内文書の検索 ・ナレッジグラフ生成 ＜数理最適化＞ ・スケジューリング最適化 ・配送計画最適化 ・設備制御最適化Company Info
