VRAIN Solutionとは 2024年2月に創業から3年11ヶ月で上場した「モノづくりのあり方を変え、世界を変えていく」をミッションに、 AI×IoTで”製造現場のデファクトスタンダードの構築” を目指す会社です。 製造業のインテグレーターとは 国際競争の激化や人手不足など、深刻な課題を抱える製造業では、デジタル活用による業務効率化・生産性向上が求められています。 そこで私たちは、製造現場の自動化及び省人化を支援するべく、自社開発のAI技術を活用したソフトウェアプロダクト + ハードウェアの両軸で工場ラインのインテグレーション提案を行い、工場現場実装を通じた課題解決型ソリューションを提供しています。 現在はAI外観検査事業およびコンサルティング事業を中心に事業拡大しており、今後も製造現場における様々な課題解決に向けた、自社製のAIソフトウェア×IoTによる新たなソリューション領域へと事業を拡大していきます。 仕事内容 製造業向け自社プロダクトの開発、および製造現場のDX支援プロジェクトにおけるシステム開発業務を行っていただきます。 単にAIを使用したシステムを開発するだけではなく、アルゴリズムの検証、AI精度の改善やパフォーマンスの最適化など幅広く関わっていただきます。 また、要件定義 設計 開発 テスト 保守からヒアリングといった上流工程にも携わっていただく予定です。 ▼プロジェクト事例 ＜画像認識＞協働ロボットを用いた外観検査 ＜動画解析＞定点カメラによる作業者の危険エリア侵入検知 ＜時系列解析＞設備センサデータを用いた異常検知 ＜自然言語処理＞LLMを用いたナレッジ検索システム ▼業務内容の比重 要件定義5%、設計10%、開発70%、テスト10%、保守5% 【変更の範囲】会社の定める全ての業務Company Info
