社内の仕組み・組織の整備と運営を担う「管理部門の中核人材」として管理マネージャー候補を募集します。 上場を目指すヘルステックスタートアップの管理部門の立ち上げと運用にチャレンジすることができます。特に、研究開発型のスタートアップとして、どのような組織設計とすべきか経営陣とともに作り上げる機会があります。 現時点では専任管理部門がないため、専門家（社労士、弁護士、税理士など）、経理担当者、財務を管轄する上木原COO等と連携しながら、いわゆる“1人管理マネージャー”としての部門の立ち上げと安定的な運用を担当いただきます。 また、会社の知名度向上・ブランディングに向けた広報周りも推進いただける方を歓迎します。 1. 人事・労務（社労士と連携して実施） ・中途採用プロセスの企画・実施 ・入退社手続きの管理（入社書類、社内アカウント整備など） ・就業規則・人事制度の整備補助（ドラフト設計・改定時の情報収集等） ・採用広報、ブランディング 2. 総務・コーポレート業務 ・取締役会・株主総会等の事務局運営（議事録、スケジューリング等） ・社内規程の整備・管理 ・備品・オフィス環境整備、各種業務委託・契約管理 3. 法務事務（顧問弁護士と連携） ・NDAや業務委託契約などの契約締結管理 ・弁護士との連携窓口（レビュー依頼、相談内容の整理） ※ 経理業務は現在役員とアシスタントが兼務しています。ご担当頂けること自体は歓迎ですが、必須ではありません。Company Info
