未来を見据え　このまちをささえる 建設コンサルタント（企画・調査・設計・維持管理）×空間情報（ICT） 前例にとらわれない姿勢で技術革新を続け、魅力ある街づくりと安全安心なインフラを追求し続けています。 わたしたち日本インシークについて 当社は1972年の設立以来、官公庁を主な得意先に多くの社会資本の整備において、調査・計画・設計・維持管理の総合建設コンサルタントとして社会に貢献してきました。建設コンサルタント部門（17部門登録）に加えて、測量業、地質調査業等を幅広く展開。特にICT技術・情報技術など先端技術の開発や利活用に強みを持ち、業績を大きく伸ばしています。 ■当社の河川・砂防分野　技術職として働きませんか。 当社の河川砂防部は、計画グループ、設計グループ、防災グループに分かれます。 今回は、河川計画・解析を行う計画グループ、河川構造物設計や砂防設計を行う設計グループにおける、技術職を募集します。 ■ ＜河川計画・解析＞河川砂防 技術職｜建設コンサルタント 当社の河川砂防部計画グループにて、河川計画のうち主に治水計画に関連する建設コンサルタント業務をお任せします。 ■ 主な業務 ・流出解析、氾濫解析、治水対策手法検討、河道計画、費用対効果など ■その他の業務 ・頻度が多い業務　：浸水想定区域図作成、基準水位設定、事業再評価など ・頻度が少ない業務：流況解析、河床変動解析、防災計画関連 ※一部、河川護岸等の予備、詳細設計等もあり。 ★出張頻度　客先打合せとして2～3回/月（うち、近畿圏以外の遠方もあり） ＜予備設計・詳細設計＞河川砂防 技術職｜建設コンサルタント 当社の河川砂防部設計グループにて、業務全般における、管理技術者又は主担当をお任せします。 ■主な業務 ・照査技術者として、品質向上に寄与 ・河川構造物設計（予備、詳細） 　※ 特に、樋門において業務全般に主担当として携わりながら、未経験者の指導もお任せします。 ・砂防施設設計（予備、詳細） ・浸透流解析、耐震性能照査（護岸、樋門、ため池など） ・総合評価の提案書作成（国、自治体） ▼若手もベテランも入社後安心して働きつづけられる環境 ◎入社後フォローも充実で安心 　∟入社後3か月、6ヵ月を目途に定期面談を実施。 　　自由に利用可能な「なんでも相談室」も設置。”一人で抱えない・悩まない”職場環境を提供。
