職務内容【募集背景】 当社は、自社プロダクトの創出・拡大を加速しており、その一環として、プロダクト開発を支えるスクラムチームの体制強化を目的に、スクラムマスターを新たに募集いたします。 【業務内容】 本ポジションでは、開発チームのアジリティを高め、プロダクトの成功に寄与するスクラムマスターとしてご活躍いただきます。 スクラムの実践に留まらず、プロジェクト推進や組織横断的な課題解決にも関わる幅広い役割を担っていただきます。 ・【スクラムマスターとしての業務】 スクラムフレームワークの実践・定着化と継続的な改善 スクラムイベント（スプリントプランニング、デイリースクラム、スプリントレビュー、スプリントレトロスペクティブ等）のファシリテーション プロダクトバックログ／スプリントバックログの管理 チームの課題抽出・改善対応（コーチングやチームビルディング含む） ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション（プロダクトオーナー、開発チーム、ビジネスメンバー） ・【その他：幅広い業務支援】 構想策定／要件定義／基本設計など、プロジェクト初期段階での実行タスク テスト計画／実行など、プロジェクト終結段階での実行タスク プロトタイプ制作やPoC推進（Notion、Figma、Firebase Studio、様々な生成AIツール等の利用を想定） 生成AI関連ツールの構築（プロンプト設計、GPTやGeminiのAPI接続、Dify構築など） 教育コンテンツの制作・管理（ソフトウェアエンジニア・サイバーセキュリティ関連の教育コンテンツ（PowerPoint）作成、生成AIを活用した音声作成、動画編集、コンテンツの全体管理 等） コスト管理、リソース管理、日程・会議調整、議事録作成、外部ベンダーとの契約などプロジェクト管理タスク （変更の範囲）会社の定める範囲Company Info
