マツイカガクは国内の金属印刷市場でシェア80%以上を誇っています。多品種、小ロット、納期などお客様のあらゆるニーズに迅速に応えるため、QCD（Quality、Cost、Delivery）の向上を常に考え、行動をしています。 また、環境と安全に配慮し、安心・安全な職場作りを基本とした活動にも注力しています。長年培ってきた技術力や生産力は国内だけでなく、海外のお客様にも満足頂いております。 インキの主原料である、樹脂・溶剤・顔料を処方通り投入し、ミキサーで撹拌・分散します。 撹拌されたインキを分散機に通して原料を粉砕させ、定められた粒度にインキを分散させます。 溶剤を加え、製品となるインキ形状へ調整します。 様々な容器に充填し、梱包します。全自動化されているラインもあれば半自動・手動で行う作業もあります。 インキ同士を混ぜ合わせ、お客様が求める色相のインキを製造します。 様々な検査機器を用いることで生産されたインキの品質を確認します。 製品を生み出すために必要な原材料の管理をしています。生産予定に応じて出庫し、受け渡しを行います。 製品の品質維持の為、一定温度に保たれた自動倉庫で製品の管理をしています。Company Info
