GMOインターネットグループは、2025年から事業持株会社体制から純粋持株会社に近い立ち位置への移行を完了し、本社であるGMOインターネットグループは、「100年単位で継続する企業グループ」を実現するべく、持続的成長を実現する為にさらなる強固な体制の構築を行っていくことがミッションとなります。「採用成果の最大化」と「ブランド価値向上」をミッションに、戦略設計から実行までを一気通貫で担っていただきます。単なる情報発信としての広報ではなく、データ分析に基づいた採用DXの推進や、グループ各社の採用支援など、経営に近い視点でダイナミックに動いていただくポジションです。【具体的な業務内容】 ■採用マーケティング戦略の立案・実行　自社採用サイト、各種Web広告の企画・運用・分析・改善。　採用メディアをグループの中核チャネルへ成長させるための施策推進。 ■採用DX・データ分析　採用データ（サイト流入・広告・応募・内定率等）の可視化と課題抽出。　AIやRPA、人事データを活用した分析・効率化および戦略立案。 ■採用ブランディングの構築　グループ全体の採用ブランディング向上に向けたコンテンツ企画。　社内外のステークホルダー（役員、現場部門、外部パートナー等）との調整・折衝。　グループ各社への採用支援 ■採用実務（新卒・中途）　新卒・中途両面における母集団形成、選考フロー設計、候補者対応。
