土木業界では、労働人口が減少する中DXが進んでいないという構造的な問題を抱えております。各社未だに立体構造物の設計を2D上で実施しており ●膨大な枚数の設計図作成 ●QAにかかるリードタイム・精度課題 ●手戻りのハードルの高さなど、土木設計における課題感は残り数年以内に解決しなければ業界そのものが瓦解する可能性が高く、待ったなしの状況となっております。上記課題を解決するため、当求人ではAIエンジニアとしてPMFに向け、Pdmとご連携頂きながら新規プロダクト開発を担当して頂きます。具体的には下記のような業務となります。 ●土木設計における設計図面からの情報抽出・理解のためのAIモデル開発・実装、設計図から有用な情報を読み取り、解析する機械学習モデルの開発、一連の分析・検証・デプロイまでを可能とする機械学習環境及びDBの構築 ●自社BtoBSaaSプロダクトへのAI実装環境構築 ●ビッグデータ解析 ●UXボトルネック分析 ●時系列データ／テキストデータの分析 ●大手企業開発案件のAI領域支援プロジェクト一例： ●設計領域における機械学習による示唆機能実装 ●施工領域における機械学習による3Dモデリング機能実装 ●設計事例におけるLLMをもとにした事例サジェスト実装 etc… 【開発環境】 ●フロントエンド：React（TypeScript）/ Next.Js ●バックエンド：FastAPI ●クラウド：AWS / Azure / Cloudflare / GitHub Pages ●プロジェクト管理：GitHub ●コミュニケーションツール：Slack / miro / figma
