土木業界では、労働人口が減少する中DXが進んでいないという構造的な問題を抱えております。 各社未だに立体構造物の設計を2D上で実施しており ・膨大な枚数の設計図作成 ・QAにかかるリードタイム・精度課題 ・手戻りのハードルの高さ など、土木設計における課題感は残り数年以内に解決しなければ業界そのものが瓦解する可能性が高く、待ったなしの状況となっております。 上記課題を解決するため、当求人では 自社SaaSプロダクト「Structural Engine」のTechLeadとして PMFに向け、Pdmとご連携頂きながら新規プロダクト開発を主導頂きます。 具体的には下記のような業務となります。 ⚫︎プロダクト全体の戦略・ロードマップ策定（技術選定・優先度検討） ⚫︎短期・中期のプロダクト戦略の実行への落とし込みと開発プロジェクトとしての実行 ⚫︎新しく出てきたアイディアのクイックな具現化（PoC）とプロダクト・マーケットフィット（PMF）までのプロジェクト主導 ⚫︎開発プロセスの改善 ⚫︎エンジニアメンバーのマネジメント・教育/育成 ⚫︎状況に応じて、開発実務までお任せすることもあります。 【技術背景の詳細】 ・2次元の設計図面（pdf及びその他拡張子）のファイルを読み込み、アプリ上に3次元DATAにコンバート・モデリングさせるシステムです。 ・土木構造物を3次元化した際のデータ量は非常に大きいため、大容量のファイルを瞬時に展開・切り替えるできる仕組みを構築する必要があります。 【開発環境】 ・フロントエンド：React（TypeScript）/ Next.Js ・バックエンド：python（FastAPI） ・クラウド：AWS / Azure / Cloudflare / GitHub Pages ・プロジェクト管理：GitHub ・コミュニケーションツール：Slack / miro / figma
