＜配属部署のミッション（部署の紹介）＞ 当エンジニアリング部は、エンジニアリングの専門性を活かして、当社およびグループ会社のプラント建設プロジェクトを円滑に進める役割を担っています。これにより企業としての競争力を高め、住友化学グループ全体の収益向上に貢献します。国内外の製造拠点でのプラントの建設や、既存プラントの改造に関するエンジニアリング機能を全社的に連携・活用し、事業戦略に沿ったタイムリーなプロジェクト推進を実現します。 ＜部署のミッションにおけるポジションの位置づけ＞ 工場・研究所の建設や設備改造の設計・工事計画といったエンジニアリング業務を、実務担当者として計画・推進して頂きます。また、部内外や関係会社、メーカー、協力会社、官庁など多様な関係者と積極的に折衝・調整を行い、プロジェクトを円滑に進める役割を担います。将来的には、チームを率いてエンジニアリング業務全般をリードするなど、マネジメントへのキャリアアップも目指せます。 ＜募集の背景）＞ 当社では、環境負荷の低減に向けた技術開発や、事業ポートフォリオの高度化、さらに企業連携や構造改革による企業体質の強化に取り組んでいます。これらの変革を進める中で、プラント設備の対応や改善を担うエンジニアを募集しています。 ＜職務内容＞ (雇入れ直後)　エンジニアリング部（千葉）において下記の業務を行います。 ・化学プラントの機械設備の設計担当者として、投資計画・プロセス設計に基づき立地やレイアウト計画、機器要求仕様を決め、機器選定、配管計画などの業務を行います。 ・プロジェクトエンジニアとして、関係部署と調整しつつ、予算管理、スケジュール管理を行います。 (変更の範囲) 会社の定める業務 ＜本ポジションのやりがい＞ ・企画・開発の初期段階からプロジェクトに関わり、プロセス設計段階から自身の意見やアイディアを提案し織り込むことができます。 ・設備の専門知識に加え、プロジェクト全体の流れや関係部門との連携など、幅広い知識や経験を積むことができます。 ・建設したプラントの完成後も、運転状況の確認や設備改造、不具合対応など、長期的にプロジェクトに携わることで、自身の仕事の成果を実感できます。 ＜キャリアパス＞ まずは既存プラント設備の改造などを担当し、経験を積みながら、より大規模な改造プロジェクトやプロセス開発、新規プラント建設、海外案件など、責任範囲と深度を広げていきます。その後、ご自身の適性や意欲に応じて、チームをリードする役割や、プラントエンジニアリング全体を統括するマネジメントポジションなど、さらに広い責任と専門性を持つキャリアへとステップアップしていくことが可能です。
