Third Intelligenceは、日本発のAGIの確立に挑戦する、AI研究・プロダクト開発企業です。Third Intelligenceが独自に提唱する「遍在型AGI（汎用人工知能）」の確立と個人に寄り添ったその成長を通じて、社会の新たな基盤となるサービスの実現を目指します。 Third Intelligenceについて(https://speakerdeck.com/thirdintelligence/third-intelligence-company-deck) 仕事内容 ポジションの意義・背景 本ポジションは、品質と信頼性を開発速度を維持しながら確保することが求められるThird Intelligenceにおいて、QA組織、プロセス、自動化戦略をゼロから設計・構築・運用する品質保証責任者として、組織全体の品質管理を統括いただきます。少数精鋭のスタートアップ環境下で、プロダクトの開発サイクルにフィットする品質保証を推進する役割を担っていただきます。 業務内容・期待成果 プロダクトの高速リリースサイクルに対応するため、自動テスト戦略(E2E、API、パフォーマンステスト、セキュリティテスト)の設計とCI/CDパイプラインへの統合を主導し、テストカバレッジを最大化いただくことを期待します。 少人数体制で最大の成果を上げるQAプロセス、ツール選定、品質基準(Exit Criteria)の構築と運用を確立し、QA組織全体の生産性向上を実現いただきます。 AI開発チームと密に連携しながら、AI特有の品質課題(ハルシネーション、倫理的問題、性能劣化など)に対応するための検証フレームワークの導入と実行をリードいただきます。 加えて、グローバル市場でのサービス展開を見据えた品質基準の策定とローカライゼーションテスト戦略の標準化を推進していただきます。Company Info
