Third Intelligenceは、日本発のAGIの確立に挑戦する、AI研究・プロダクト開発企業です。Third Intelligenceが独自に提唱する「遍在型AGI（汎用人工知能）」の確立と個人に寄り添ったその成長を通じて、社会の新たな基盤となるサービスの実現を目指します。 Third Intelligenceについて(https://speakerdeck.com/thirdintelligence/third-intelligence-company-deck) 仕事内容 ポジションの意義・背景 会社のメンバーが遍在型AGIの実現という挑戦に全力でコミットできる環境を作るため、事業推進に不可欠なコーポレート機能をオールラウンドに担当いただきます。将来のIPO/M&Aやグローバル展開も見据え、国際基準に適合した堅牢で柔軟性のある管理体制をゼロから構築していくポジションです。 業務内容・期待成果 経理、税務、労務、法務、総務といったコーポレート業務全般を担当し、各分野の専門家や外部アドバイザーと連携しながら、効率的な業務運用体制を構築していただきます。 資金調達やグローバル展開に向けた法務・税務体制の設計やドキュメント整備を進めていただきます。 従業員が業務に集中できる環境を整えるため、契約管理、資産管理、オフィス環境、規定整備などの総務・労務業務を最適化し、各種要望にも迅速・丁寧に対応いただくことを期待します。経営陣と協力しながら、リスク管理とコンプライアンス体制を維持し、会社のガバナンスを強化していただきます。Company Info
