海外市場向けランドリー製品（洗濯機、乾燥機など）の完成品調達に関わる開発支援・品質保証業務をご担当いただきます。 1.新製品開発支援業務 ・SHARPの安全設計指針に基づき、新製品試作を評価 ・安全性と品質の両面から製品完成度を向上 ・新規協業先と連携しながら新製品開発支援および製品安全性評価を実施 2.製品量産確認 ・海外生産拠点および協業先へ訪問し生産プロセスを審査 ・現場で発生した課題を関連部門と協同して迅速に解決 ・新規協業先とのビジネス推進に向けた工場審査を実施 3.品質課題解決 ・生産工場や市場で発生した品質課題に対して、協業先・生産拠点・設計部門と連携して原因究明～改善策の落とし込みまでを主導 ＜業務の魅力＞ ・海外工場・協業先との協働を通じてグローバルに活躍できる経験値が得られます。 ・品質改善を主導することで、お客様の安心・信頼を生み出せる達成感があります。 当社はASEANを中心に海外市場への事業拡大を加速しており、特に安全設計指針に基づいた製品品質確保は当社のブランド価値を高めるために必要不可欠です。加えて、生産拠点や協業先の現地工場で発生する課題を早期に把握、解決し、高水準なQCDを実現することでグローバル市場での競争力を高めることが出来るような、製品安全性評価や品質改善業務を推進できるスキルと経験のある人材を求めています。Company Info
