【SMA（治験事務局担当者）とは】製薬企業（治験依頼者）や治験実施施設(病院・クリニック等)に対し、治験実施のための各種折衝や環境整備支援、事務業務などを担当していただきます。治験開始の準備・開始・終了までの重要なプロセスを推進する業務です。【主な業務内容】 ●社内や社外の関係者との交渉・相談 ●院内スタッフとの調整支援 ●治験実施の可能性を確認するための調査 ●治験に関する事務的業務の全体支援 <サポート体制> 入社者の大半が未経験者ですが、入社時研修やフォローアップ研修、OJTなど、自立へのサポート体制が充実しておりますのでご安心ください。＜外勤・内勤比率＞営業要素が多く、エリアや時期等によって異なりますが、外勤5から7割：内勤3から5割となります。※外勤：医療機関訪問、内勤：オフィス勤務＜やりがい＞「多種多様な新薬開発を支援＝日本の医療を支援」することや、自立後は自身の裁量で業務を進めるなど、やりがいが感じられる職種です。
