【採用背景】 当社では現在、全社的なデジタルトランスフォーメーション（DX）を加速させるため、従来の開発部とは独立した「イノベーションDX室（IDX室）」をCOO直下に設置しています。 これまでの「要望通りにシステムを作る」フェーズは終わり、これからは「最新技術を駆使して、いかに効率的かつ本質的に業務を変革するか」が問われています。 今回は、社内の販売管理システムを中心とした業務知識（ドメイン知識）を持ち、生成AIなどの先端ツールを取り入れながら、開発できるリーダーを募集します。 【仕事内容】 業務効率化の対応のための社内システムの開発・改修プロジェクトにおいて、設計・レビューを中心とした開発リードをお任せします。 ■次世代型マネジメント: 生成AIツール（GitHub Copilot, Cursor等）やLLMをフル活用し、可能な限りコーディングやテストをAIに任せつつ、自身は「設計・レビュー・品質管理」に注力します。 ■技術調査・検証: 生成AIツールや最新IDEの選定・検証を行い、開発プロセスそのものをアップデートします。 ■社内システム開発: 販売管理（受注・売上・請求・入金・在庫等）を中心としたWebアプリケーションの企画・設計・開発リード。 【このポジションの魅力】 ・開発効率の極大化: AIに書かせることを前提とした開発スタイルを実現することで、泥臭い作業よりも「考える仕事」に集中できます。 ・上流工程へのシフト: SIer等で「実装に追われ、納得のいく、ユーザーにとってより良いシステムを作れない」と感じていた方にとって、理想的なキャリアステップです。 ・経営直下の組織: IDX室は経営層に近いポジションのため、自身の提案がダイレクトに社内変革に繋がる実感を得られます。Company Info
