Job Summary
CSO候補として、国内事業の意思決定と統括を担当します。CEO不在時には事業判断（優先順位付け、リソース配分）を行い、営業・エンジニア・バックオフィスの各部門間の調整を実施してコンフリクトを解消します。事業戦略に基づいたKPIの策定および進捗管理を行い、データに基づいたオペレーションの最適化を推進します。また、営業統括と連携して販売パートナーを含めた効率的・効果的な導入を行う仕組みの構築を担当します。医療機器Mycriumの国内販売拡大において、外部パートナーとの販売提携における営業・マーケティング戦略の策定、顧客ニーズを踏まえた開発戦略を開発組織と共に策定し、薬剤耐性菌問題の解決に向けた事業推進を行います。Company Info
