当社は1990年の創業以来一貫してファクトリー・オートメーションを軸に事業を展開し、特に世界No.1レベルの性能を持つ産業用画像処理ソフトウエアや世界No.1のシェアを持つ工業用カメラの国内総代理店として工業用画像処理（マシンビジョン）の分野で確固たる地位を築いており、日本を代表する数々の大手メーカーとの取引実績があります。当社ではマシンビジョンのニーズの多様化に合わせ、2023年に新たに2社のカメラメーカーとの代理店契約を締結し、新たな分野をはじめとした事業拡大を推進しています。事業拡大に必要不可欠な大型案件は顧客の技術要求レベルも高く、そういった顧客ニーズを正しく理解し、顧客の立場、海外のカメラメーカーの立場を理解した上で主体的にプロジェクトリーディングをしながら、案件をゴールまで導くことができるセールスエンジニア／シニアプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。半導体製造装置や検査装置、医療機器などをはじめとしたカメラ技術を活用した装置デバイスを製造している日本メーカーへの工業カメラの導入に向けた顧客提案と、初期段階から顧客製品の量産開始まで一連のプロジェクト管理を担っていただきます。具体的には以下の通りです。 ●顧客提案弊社取り扱い工業用カメラの受注・導入に向けた顧客課題とゴールの把握工業用カメラ導入に向けた提案書の作成、および、提案（競合製品との比較検証、必要に応じた開発元との製品カスタム対応などを含む） ●プロジェクト管理プロジェクトスケジュールの立案/管理社内外のステークホルダー (製品の開発元、システムインテグレーターなど) の巻き込み
