IBIDEN Co., Ltd. is a Japanese electronics company headquartered in Ogaki, Gifu prefecture, that manufactures electronics-related products such as printed circuit boards and IC packaging. The company also produces ceramic products, including particulate filters for diesel engines, holding a 50% market share in Europe for these products. IBIDEN operates through three segments: Ceramic, Electron, and other. The Ceramic segment focuses on environment-related ceramics, graphite and specialty products, ceramic fiber, and fine ceramics.
