Job Summary

電子事業本部では、ICパッケージ基板の開発から生産までを手掛けています。研究開発部では3〜5年先の次世代パッケージ基板の研究開発を行っており、要素技術3グループでは次世代向けパッケージ基板の薄膜、レジスト、エッチングなどの工程を担当し、プロセス技術の構築と量産プロセスの改善を推進しています。入社後はレジスト工程を担当いただき、以下の業務を行っていただきます。新規製品仕様に対応するICパッケージ基板におけるレジスト形成技術の構築、および工法や設備の検討（設備の開発自体は別部署が行いますが、求めるプロセスを実現するための仕様検討などを担当していただきます）主にポストバンプ形成プロセスにおける量産設備を用いたレジスト形成試験、レジスト材料評価、および解析【特徴・魅力】最先端のICパッケージ基板のプロセス開発に携わることができます。また、新工場の立ち上げに参画できる可能性もあります。半導体デバイスに不可欠なICパッケージ基板のサプライヤーとして、デバイスの性能を引き出すための多様なプロセス技術を社内に保有しています。この広範な技術基盤の中で、自身のスキルを広げ、深めていくことが可能です。 ICパッケージ基板は、半導体チップの性能を最大限に引き出す上で極めて重要な役割を担っています。そのため、設備性能だけでなく、独自の技術力によって品質・性能における大きな差別化の余地があり、自社技術で製品の優位性を確立することが可能です。【配属部門】電子事業本部技術統括部要素技術部要素技術３グループ
