【部門役割】インクジェットヘッド技術を通じて、世の中のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現し、環境負荷を減らすことで、持続的社会の実現に貢献します。世の中の様々な事業の情勢に関わらず、産業用インクジェット事業は堅調且つ持続的な成長が見込まれます。本部門では、インクジェットヘッドの生産技術を担い、新規要素開発、開発段階から量産工程への導入、量産工程の改善を担います。【募集の目的・背景】産業用インクジェットヘッドの生産技術力や開発戦力強化のための募集です。インクジェット事業の拡大に向けて『モノつくりのインクジェット化』を推進しており、特にノズルは液滴の着弾性能を決める重要なパーツです。主にレーザによる微細加工を用いて、重要パーツの生産技術を強化し、競争力の高いインクジェットヘッドを作り上げることがミッションです。レーザ加工技術やそれに類する知見の有る方、生産技術の経験者を採用することで、本ミッションを達成します。【仕事内容】ノズル加工工程の生産技術開発において、開発から量産まで適性に応じて幅広い業務を担当いただきます。下記具体的な業務品質改善、歩留まり改善、新規工程の適用、工程データのDX化装置の保守管理関連特許の調査テーマやプロジェクトのリーダー（本人希望による）【ポジションの魅力】強化事業であるインダストリー事業領域でモチベーション高く活躍する事が出来ます。また、コニカミノルタのコア技術のひとつである微細加工技術の強化につながるやりがいのある仕事です。【リモートワーク頻度】 1割程度です。加工装置など実機を扱う部門のため現場勤務が多くなりますが、業務の状況にてRWの対応は可能です。【転職者へのメッセージ】インクジェット技術は、従来の画を作るグラフィック領域だけでなく、半導体・ディスプレイ・各種電池（全固体電池、燃料電池、ペロブスカイト電池）・プリント基板等電子部品、バイオ、医療など、あらゆる領域のモノつくりに拡大しています。また、インクジェットヘッドは手に取ると小さなデバイスですが、メカ・電気・物理・化学など多様な技術の組み合わせで高度な機能を実現しており、様々な生産技術開発を経験することができます。インクジェットヘッドの可能性を最大限に引き出すために、あなたの力が必要です。是非、多様な経験を積みながら、力をあわせて『モノつくりのインクジェット化』を成し遂げましょう。【関連URL】 https://www.konicaminolta.com/jp-ja/inkjethead/
