お客さまへの提案、要件定義から運用保守までの一貫したシステム開発プロジェクトにおいて、コンサルティングを含んだ上流工程や、ＤＸ関連の提案に携わり、エンジニアとしての高みを目指せる環境です!製造、金融、流通等の業務システム開発にプライムベンダーとして参画し、下記のような役割でご活躍いただきます。 PM：お客さま窓口となり、要件、課題、納期などの調整を行う。プロジェクト計画から品質、コスト管理、プロジェクトメンバーへの指示、社内ステークホルダーとの調整を行う。 SE：開発リーダーとして進捗、品質の確保、課題を解決を進める。お客さまとの仕様調整を進めることも役割となる。将来のPM候補。トータルソリューションプロバイダーとして、お客さまを成功に導くための顧客志向、最後まで粘り強い対応を行うというマインドが根付いています。また、個々人が、お客さまの成功に必要な技術力、プロジェクトをコントロールする能力、コミュニケーション力のスキルアップを追求しており、自己成長を感じるとことのできる環境です。個人の成長方向性を見定めながら、技術力を活かしたアジャイル開発、マネジメント力を発揮できるスクラッチ開発へアサインされ、新しいことにチャレンジできる環境です。「NLP(自然言語処理）を用いたAIソリューション」「データ分析基盤（BI）を活用したシステム構築支援」「モバイルアプリ開発」に力を入れています。
