運用というキーワードが主となりますが、運用作業ではないクリエイティブな範囲のミッションとなります。仕事内容担当業務お客様にクレジットカードを主とするシステムを提供しており、当社は提供システムの保守/運用を行っています。本募集対象の業務は保守/運用推進の立場となります。主な業務役割としては以下の通り・対顧客）本番システムの責任者として説明責任を負います。また、運用・保守上の課題解消を目的に、説明/交渉を行います。・対内部）アプリ/インフラの保守チーム、運用作業を実施するオペレータに依頼して運用サービスを提供します。一部監視機構などは保守に依頼せず、自チームにて構築/改善の上、提供します。キャリアパス運用の推進を軸としてスタートいただきますが、活躍の仕方として以下のイメージとなります。・運用業務を中心として、AIOpsやAutoOpsといった仕事の進化を進めていただき、当社内他業務へのコンサルティング/導入コーチングする立場への成長・当部門の管轄範囲は運用推進に加えてインフラ業務も範囲としており、同部門内でのインフラエンジニアへの転身担当業務の特徴、魅力、市場における強み・本番システムの運行に責務を持つ業務である保守を兼ねた運用となると、瑕疵/瑕疵外を気にしたシステム対処が必要となりますが、運用推進にあたっては左記煩わしさはありません。あくまでシステムの運行を中心にコミュニケーションを顧客と行えます。・当社の中でも運用推進は希少当社は多種多様なお客様を相手に保守/運用フェーズに仕事をさせていただいておりますが、独立体制となる運用推進設置PJは稀です。そのため、活躍と同時にモデルケース有識者として他現場への展開といった新たな活躍の場が想定されています。
