当社は1990年の創業以来一貫してファクトリー・オートメーションを軸に事業を展開し、特に世界No.1レベルの性能を持つ産業用画像処理ソフトウエアや世界No.1のシェアを持つ工業用カメラの国内総代理店として工業用画像処理（マシンビジョン）の分野で確固たる地位を築いており、日本を代表する数々の大手メーカーとの取引実績があります。当社ではマシンビジョンのニーズの多様化に合わせ、2023年に新たに2社のカメラメーカーとの代理店契約を締結し、新たな分野をはじめとした事業拡大を推進しています。産業用デジタルカメラ事業の「利益率と再現性」を最大化する中核ポジション（BM）の募集です。営業・SCM等と連携し、粗利向上に貢献することがミッションです。属人化を排除した強固な運用体制を構築し、事業成長の土台を支える役割を担います。産業用デジタルカメラ事業の “利益率と再現性”をつくる中核機能ポジションです。価格改定・終売・新製品登録・マスター整備・PSI・在庫最適化など、事業の土台となる運用を、漏れなく・速く・正確に設計／実行していただきます。ここでの価値は「事務処理」ではなく、《欠品・機会損失を減らす》《滞留在庫を減らす》《粗利・利益率を押し上げる》という、事業インパクトを指しています。営業・技術・SCM・管理と連携し、継続的な事業成長の推進を期待します。
