Job Summary
小型人工衛星コンステレーションによる次世代衛星通信サービスの運用立ち上げを担うポジションです。 海洋における宇宙技術の活用を推進する部署にて、海洋向け通信（VDES）やIoTなどの事業領域のサービス提供の基盤となる運用プロセスの設計やルール整備、各種オペレーションの標準化を主導していただきます。安定したサービス提供を実現する仕組みを構築し、事業の成長を支える役割です。 【具体的な業務】 サービス運用プロセスの設計・構築 衛星通信サービスの提供に必要な運用ルール・運用マニュアル等の整備 障害発生時の対応プロセス策定および再発防止策の仕組み化 運用監視システムの要件整理（アラート設計・監視指標設計） 運用委託先／パートナー企業との体制連携とオペレーション整備 サービス提供のためのデータ分析と運用観点での改善プロセス構築 【ポジションの魅力】 衛星コンステレーションという新しい通信インフラの運用体制を“初期フェーズから構築”できる サービス品質の基準を定義し、事業の成長とともに拡張していく醍醐味を得られる 技術と運用の橋渡し役として、サービスの成功と顧客価値に直結する役割 海外サービス展開を見据えたスケーラブルな運用基盤づくりに携われる 【配属・カルチャー】 57名（技術系45名、事業系4名、管理系8名）、男女比：8:2、平均年齢：約40歳 ※人工衛星共通の技術については、他技術部門との連携により開発を実施。 【開発環境・使用ツール】 コミュニケーション: GitHub, Slack, Zoom Office：Microsoft Word、Excel、Powerpoint、Google Workplace ファイル共有：Google Drive 【選考フロー】 書類選考＞1次面接＞2次面接(+適性検査)＞最終面接Company Info
