Job Summary
ロケット開発（燃焼試験および打上げ運用）において、設計検証に不可欠な試験データを、正確かつ欠損なく取得するための計測システムの構築・運用・保守を担います。 物理量（圧力・温度・振動・ひずみ等）を電気信号に変換し、記録・評価します。試験データ取得全般に対して技術的な責任を持ちます。 1. 計測システム・ハードウェアの選定・構築・施工 試験要求に基づいた、最適なセンサーおよびデータ収集装置（DAQ/ロガー）の選定 エンジンや機体、地上設備へのセンサー設置、結線作業 ノイズ環境下における信号品質を確保するための、ケーブル配策および接地設計・施工 2. 計測制御ソフトウェアの実装・設定 計測制御用PCおよびロガー等のセットアップ 計測制御ソフトウェア（LabVIEW、Python、MATLAB Simulink等）を用いた、データ収録・リアルタイムモニタリング・緊急停止ロジック等の構築および更新 試験シーケンスに連動した自動緊急停止の設定 3. 試験運用およびトラブルシューティング 各種センサの校正作業の実施 燃焼試験および打上げ運用における、計測システムの健全性確認 試験時のコンソール操作 信号断線、異常ノイズ、データ欠損などの不具合発生時における、原因特定および復旧対応 4. 設備の維持管理 計測機器、センサー在庫の管理および定期校正の実施 計測データの管理Company Info
