Job Summary

当社では、研究や試験等で使用される理化学機器の機械設計業務を担っていただける方を募集しています。自社工場を保有しており、特注対応にも強みを持っています。ご入社後は、ご本人の志向性や適性を考慮し、下記いずれかの設計部門に配属予定です。標準品の開発設計部門特注品の個別設計部門いずれの部門においても、電気・ソフトウェア担当とチームを組み、製品開発に取り組んでいただきます。新しいことにチャレンジしたい方、責任感を持って業務に取り組める方を歓迎します。【具体的な仕事内容】・3DCADを用いた装置・機構設計・板金、樹脂、成型品などを用いた筐体や構造部の設計・試作・評価業務、および生産準備に向けた各種ドキュメント作成・製造・品質など、社内他部門との連携・調整業務【開発製品について】当社は多くの製品を取り扱っていますが、その中でもオーブンやインキュベーターなどの開発を担当いただきます。これらは、最先端の技術や研究を支えている製品です。官公庁・国立研究機関・大学と取引があり、民間の企業様においても様々な業界（化学・石油・ゴム・繊維・食品・自動車・電機など）の研究施設に納入されています。当社は毎年平均して10機種程度を発売しており、業界No.1 の開発力・製品力を目指すため、新製品の開発スピードをアップさせることを目標にしております。変更の範囲：会社の定める業務入社後の流れ OJTベースで業務に慣れていただきます。ご経験の有無にかかわらず、入社後はメンター制度によって上司、教育者、メンターの3名でフォローし、早期にご活躍いただけるようサポートしています。
