大学や官公庁、メーカーなどで研究開発は日々行われています。研究に欠かせない理化学機器や研究設備、産業機器を製造・販売しているのがヤマト科学です。 （1）安定性・将来性2025年に創業136周年を迎えました。130年以上の歴史の中で、日本を代表するメーカーの研究開発・ものづくりを支え続けています。過去最高売上も更新し業績も好調です。 （2）やりがいメーカー・商社2つの側面を持つため、お客様の要望に幅広い商材で課題解決を行うことが可能です。自身の提案したことが最新の研究や数年後の新製品開発に携わることもあり、やりがいを感じながら業務に励んでいただけることと思います。 （3）働き方2024年4月から月に1回週休3日制を導入し、ワークライフバランスを重んじる環境づくりに励んでいます。年間休日126日で働きやすい環境になります◎ 当社の機械設計担当として、冷凍機を搭載した製品の設計をお任せします。当社は多くの製品を取り扱っていますが、その中でも恒温水循環装置、凍結乾燥・冷却トラップなどを担当いただく予定です。最先端の技術や研究を支えている製品で、官公庁・国立研究機関・大学と取引があり、民間の企業様においても様々な業界（化学・石油・ゴム・繊維・食品・自動車・電機など）の研究施設に納入されています。 【具体的な仕事内容】 3DCADを使用した機械設計 板金や樹脂部品、成型品を使った筐体／機構の設計 試作評価、生産に向けたドキュメント類の作成 冷凍機を搭載した製品の設計 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務 当社は理化学機器の総合メーカーとして更なる価値発揮をするため、メーカー機能の強化をおこなっております。その一環として、2024年にR&Dセンターを新設し、開発体制の強化を続けています。 特に冷凍機を搭載した製品については、複数の新製品を予定しており、即戦力として貢献いただける方からの応募をお待ちしております。 OJTベースで業務に慣れていただきます。山梨県にある南アルプス工場での製品研修も予定しております。 ご経験の有無にかかわらず、入社後はメンター制度によって上司、教育者、メンターの3名でフォローし、早期にご活躍いただけるようサポートしています。 開発第一部には、14名が在籍しています。20代から60代まで幅広い年齢層で構成されています。 近年は中途採用や若手メンバーの増員も進んでおり、新旧の知見を融合させながら、開発力を強化している段階です。
