Job Summary
電気機械器具（理化学機器）の開発業務をご担当いただきます。 開発本部では新規開発及びモデルチェンジ含め、約10テーマの開発を並行して進めています。まずは理化学製品を理解し、現状分析／調査から企画素案作成が中心となります。 【具体的な仕事内容】 製品開発企画 市場調査 開発計画管理 ※最初はご経験に応じ力を発揮できる業務からお任せし、徐々に業務拡大をしていただきます。 【ミッション】新製品の開発推進。商品群全体を見渡して、定期的モデルチェンジを主としながらも、新製品開発も取り入れて、より競争力あるラインナップ構成を構築していきます。 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務 OJTベースで業務に慣れていただきます。 ご経験の有無にかかわらず、入社後はメンター制度によって上司、教育者、メンターの3名でフォローし、早期にご活躍いただけるようサポートしています。Company Info
