Job Summary

理化学機器（研究用試験機器）の電子基板のデジタル回路設計をお任せいたします。 【具体的な仕事内容】 ・製品仕様に沿ったマイコンの選定および、周辺回路設計（アナログ回路の知識があれば尚可） ・回路設計から回路図作成（入社初期は既存回路のモディファイからスタートしていただく予定） ・ユニバーサル基板などを用いた試作回路の作成、協力会社への試作基板作成依頼（基板アートワーク設計は基本協力会社にて対応） ・回路図CADはQuadceptを使用 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務 入社後の流れ OJTベースで業務に慣れていただきます。ご経験の有無にかかわらず、入社後はメンター制度によって上司、教育者、メンターの3名でフォローし、早期にご活躍いただけるようサポートしています。 組織について 開発第一部には、14名が在籍しています。配属となる制御システム課は4名で構成されており、開発プロジェクトごとに分業して業務を進めています。ハードウェア2名、ソフト担当3名（一部メンバー重複） 近年は中途採用や若手メンバーの増員も進んでおり、開発力を強化している段階です。 他、南アルプス工場（山梨）の開発メンバーとの協力もあります。 選考情報 ■面接回数：２回 ■選考方法：面接、適性検査 ■備考 書類選考⇒1次面接（Web）⇒適性検査⇒最終面接（対面(東京本社)、交通費支給有） 雇用・勤務条件について グループ会社へ配属となる場合は、ヤマト科学株式会社との雇用契約を締結し、在籍出向という形となります。 雇用契約はヤマト科学株式会社との締結となりますので、配属先に関わらず雇用条件に差異は生じません。 ＜配属先候補＞ ・ヤマト科学商事株式会社 【その他条件について】 ・試用期間：3か月（期間中の条件変更はございません） ・時間外手当：別途支給 ・通勤交通費：当社規定に基づき支給 ・在宅勤務：原則不可（在宅ワークを基本とした勤務はできません）
