当社は、研究や試験で使用される理化学機器の開発・製造・販売を手がけるメーカーです。大学や官公庁、研究機関から民間の開発現場に至るまで幅広く導入されており、最先端の研究活動を支える基盤として高い評価をいただいています。 自社標準製品の制御・電気設計全般をお任せします。既存製品のモデルチェンジ、機能改善、新製品開発など、設計から立ち上げまで一貫して携わることができるポジションです。 【具体的な業務】 電気CADを用いた制御回路設計 PLCやタッチパネルを用いた制御ソフト設計 温度・液量などのPID制御の適用・パラメータ調整 製造現場との連携による装置立ち上げ支援・調整・検証業務 ※特注製品は別部門で対応しており、本ポジションは標準製品の新規開発・改良が中心です。 当社は毎年10機種前後の新製品を市場投入しており、業界No.1の開発力・製品力を目指しています。配属先では、主に以下のような製品を担当いただく予定です： 恒温水槽（温度管理を要する試験用途） 純水製造装置（理化学分析・精密洗浄などに使用） コロニーカウンター（微生物培養物の計測機器） 乾燥機（試料処理や素材評価に使用） これらの製品群は、研究現場で長期的に利用される「標準品」であり、使い勝手・信頼性を磨き続ける設計が求められます。 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務 OJTベースで業務に慣れていただきます。 ご経験の有無にかかわらず、入社後はメンター制度によって上司、教育者、メンターの3名でフォローし、早期にご活躍いただけるようサポートしています。 開発第二部には15名が在籍しており、そのうち制御開発課のメンバーは5名です。20代から50代まで幅広い年齢層で構成されています。 理化学機器の設計経験者はもちろん歓迎しますが、多くの方が業界未経験からの転職にて活躍しています。業務に必要な資格取得、スキルアップのための資格取得などは会社全体でバックアップします。
