Job Summary

木製実験台の設計業務を担当していただきます。 図面の確認から、製造用データ（加工プログラムや出荷処理用プログラムなど）の出力までを一貫して行うため、設計だけで完結せず、加工・製造工程にまで深く関わることができる点が大きな特徴です。 使用するのは、AutoCADをベースとし、加工ライン専用の3D CAD/CAMです。材料や金具をはじめとした加工ルールを登録し、効率的かつ正確に製造データを生成することが可能です。 規格品が全体の約3割、特注製品が約7割を占めています（サイズ変更を含む）。 特注製品については、規格品を構成するユニットのうち変更が必要な部分を抽出し、一部構造を変更するケースが多くなっています。 製造指示を受けると、まず図面を確認し、製品の構成を把握したうえで、生産管理システムへの構成データの入力を行います。 特注要素がある場合には、該当ユニットの3D-CADによる設計修正や、生産用データの出力指示を行います。 また、必要に応じて、実際の製品（現物）や設計データの確認・点検まで担当していただきます。 設計業務にとどまらず、加工・製造現場と連携しながら一貫してモノづくりに携わりたい方を歓迎します。 「なぜこの仕様なのか」「もっと良くするにはどうするか」といった視点を持ち、現場やチームと協力しながら改善提案を行える方を求めています。 自身の設計がすぐに形となり、研究者の安全や効率を支える“社会貢献性の高い製品”を手がけることに、やりがいを感じていただける環境です。 設計で完結せず、加工・製造まで一気通貫で関わることが可能（現場との距離も近い！） 手掛ける製品は、民間企業や大学の研究開発を支える重要な設備 木製実験台（家具）の設計・製造ラインとしては国内最先端
