研究開発向け木製実験台メーカーとして、当社は多品種少量かつ高品質な製品を短納期で安定供給することを求められています。昨今、お客様ニーズの多様化に加え、納期遵守やコスト最適化の重要性が高まっており、生産工程の改善・効率化が急務です。 こうした背景から、生産管理体制の強化と将来の組織運営を見据えた管理職候補の採用に取り組むこととなりました。今回の募集では、即戦力として現場課題に対応いただけると同時に、将来的には中核人材としてチームを牽引できる方をお迎えしたいと考えています。 木製実験台の製造における生産管理業務を幅広くお任せします。受注から出荷までの全体管理に携わり、部門間調整や現場対応を通じて、工場全体の生産性向上を支えていただきます。 具体的には 生産計画の立案、投入、調整（受注都度、即時反映） 工場指示書の作成、部品の手配、在庫管理 製造進捗の管理、納期遵守のための調整 現場オペレーション改善（工程短縮・コスト削減） 品質・コスト・納期のバランス最適化 社内各部門（設計・製造・本社業務部門）との連携 ※使用している生産管理システムは自社工場向けに開発された専用ツールです。Company Info
