◆本求人は、MLのバックグラウンドを持ち、大規模かつ最先端の開発に挑戦したいソフトウェアエンジニア向けのポジションです◆ チューリングでは、車載カメラの映像を入力に車の制御を行う「End-to-Endの自動運転MLモデル」の開発を行っています。 本ポジションでは、大規模分散学習システムの設計・実装から、学習パイプラインの最適化までを一貫して担っていただきます。膨大な走行データ（動画・車両ログ等）を前提に、学習リソースを最大限に活用しながら、スケーラブルで高性能な機械学習パイプラインを構築することがミッションです。 具体例 データセットのライフサイクル全体を管理、大規模なデータ取得、処理、キュレーションのパイプラインを設計および実装 ペタバイトオーダーのマルチモーダルデータを扱う学習基盤の構築 学習時の動画デコード処理の高速化 多様な情報を統合するためのシンプルかつ拡張性の高いデータスキーマ設計 など、エンジニアリングの力でモデル開発サイクルそのものを進化させていきます。 これらの取り組みを通じて、モデルの性能向上と開発速度の両立を実現し、システム全体のスケーラビリティとパフォーマンスを最大化することが期待される役割です。 既存の枠組みにとらわれず、次のスケールを見据えた学習基盤をゼロベースで設計・進化させることで、エンジニアリングの力で自動運転開発の限界を押し広げていきます。Company Info

The company's mission is to surpass Tesla and innovate the next generation of vehicles from Japan. Their core technology involves end-to-end deep learning for autonomous driving AI, which makes driving decisions (steering, braking, acceleration) using camera data. Turing Inc. also develops large-scale reinforcement learning environments and data generation systems to train multimodal AI agents.
