■職務概要・趣旨 AIソリューションマネージャーとして、複雑なビジネス上の課題に対処するAIソリューションの構想、設計、開発、展開、および保守に関与します。当社グループの商品やサービスをサポートするAIテクノロジーを適切に融合し、AI・生成AIによってもたらされるイノベーションの最大限の活用を通じて、お客さまの体験価値の向上、事業戦略の優位性の獲得、プロセスの効率化等を実現するために、部門横断的なメンバーと協力してプロジェクトを推進します。 ■具体的な職務内容 （雇入れ直後） 様々なチームとのコミュニケーションを通じたビジネスニーズの理解 AI活用に関する幅広い専門知識に基づく、個別の課題に対して適しているAIソリューションの選定 Chief Data and AI Officerおよびその傘下の組織との協力を通じた、ビジネスニーズを解決するプロジェクト計画とロードマップの構築 ビジネス課題を解決するためのAIソリューションの開発と実装のリード AIプロジェクトの構想から実装までの管理、および迅速なデリバリーの実現と品質の確保 特定のビジネス課題を解決するためのAIモデルやアルゴリズムの開発およびメンテナンス AIソリューションのスケーラビリティと堅牢性の確保 AIシステムのパフォーマンスの監視と評価、および必要な調整 AIと機械学習に係る最新技術の把握 AIに関連するチームへの技術的ガイダンスの提供と指導 AIに関する教育コンテンツの作成 技術に精通していないステークホルダーに対するAI ソリューションとその機能の説明を通じた、既存ソリューションの活用力の向上に向けた取組み AIガバナンス、データガバナンス、プライバシー、セキュリティに関連した規制に対するコンプライアンスの確保 （変更の範囲） 企画立案・折衝調整・コンサルティング・事務・管理等の業務全般 Job Summary: As an AI Solutions Manager, you will oversee the conception, design, development, deployment and maintenance of AI solutions that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of AI technologies that support our products and services, taking full advantage of the innovation brought forward by AI and Generative AI with the goal of enhancing customer experiences, driving strategic business advantage and creating process efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: Understand business needs in conversations with a variety of teams. Have vast expertise in AI capability creation to decide on what AI methodologies are suitable for which problems. Work with the Chief Data and AI Officer and their organization to translate business needs into project plans and roadmap. Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions to meet business objectives. Manage AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring fast delivery and quality. Develop and maintain AI models and algorithms to solve specific business problems. Ensure the scalability and robustness of AI solutions.
