（雇い入れ直後） ■職務概要・趣旨 システム基盤（クラウド中心）の企画・開発・運用 ■具体的な職務内容 基幹システム（「契約管理システム」、「お客さま向けWebシステム（LINE含む）」、「代理店向けWebシステム」、「ホームページ」）のシステム基盤に関する企画・開発・運用 OAシステムのレベルアップ企画・開発・運用 ビジネス部門のニーズを実現するためのIT企画・提案・実現・伴走 SRE（Site Reliabilty Engineering)を志向したシステム運用業務の高度化 （変更の範囲） 企画立案・折衝調整・コンサルティング・事務・管理等の業務全般 多様なバックグラウンドを持つ部内メンバーと共に、社内関連部門やシステム業務委託先とアジャイルな働き方で、協働して推進する意欲ある人財 ＤＸ・ＣＸについて興味を持ち、テクノロジー動向に対する情報収集や業界研究を厭わない人財 仲間と協働・共創してパフォーマンスを発揮しながら、IT分野のプロフェッショナルとして成長できる人財 マネジャー・役付として即戦力で活躍していただく想定ですが、アソシエイト・役付として育成しながらコアメンバーとして戦力化を図ることもあります。 長期的視点に立ったDFL業務基盤の整備 安心・安全なシステムサービスの提供 全体最適と将来志向を意識した価値創出 機動的な商品供給とWEBシステムのレベルアップを通じたCXとAXの向上 新商品創設やお客さま向けサービスの向上、事務の効率化を支えるシステム開発、運用Company Info
