■職務概要 グループ各社でのデータ活用を最適化するため、クラウドベースまたはハイブリッド型のデータ・AI関連の環境設計に強みを持つ、経験豊富なデータアーキテクトを募集しています。データアーキテクトとして、スケーラブルかつ効率的なデータアーキテクチャの設計・実装・構成を担当します。 最先端技術を活用した革新的なデータアーキテクチャ設計に情熱を持ち、国際的な協働環境で活躍したい方のご応募をお待ちしています。 ■具体的な職務内容 （雇入れ直後） １．データアーキテクチャ設計 クラウド技術を活用し、フェデレーテッド型データを統合したアーキテクチャの設計・開発・維持。また、シングルカスタマービューなどの主要目標の実現。 ２．クラウド技術の専門性 Azure、AWS、GCPなどのクラウドプラットフォームを活用し、スケーラブルかつコスト効率の高いデータソリューションを設計・実装。（当社はAzureを採用している。） ３．ハイブリッド環境設計 オンプレミスとクラウド基盤をシームレスに統合し、データのアクセス性とセキュリティを確保できる環境の設計。 ４．フェデレーテッドデータ管理・ガバナンス データ統合、ガバナンス、セキュリティ戦略を実施し、データの一貫性と信頼性の確保。データガバナンスとデータマネジメントに対して十分なバックグラウンドを有した上で、データ品質・整合性・法令遵守の観点から他部門との協働。 ５．実装への積極的参加 実装フェーズで開発チームを直接支援し、複雑なデータ関連課題のトラブルシューティングも担当。 ６．その他の業務： リーダーシップ・推進力：推奨事項やベストプラクティス、実装ガイドラインを図やスライドで分かりやすく可視化し、ビジネス部門を含めた幅広いステークホルダーと合意形成する。 協働：エンタープライズアーキテクチャ、セキュリティ、AI/MLチーム、ベンダーなど国内外の主要部門と積極的に連携し、強固なデータアーキテクチャに反映。 継続的な学習：データアーキテクチャ、クラウド、データ管理分野の最新技術・トレンド・ベストプラクティスを常にキャッチアップし、組織内のイノベーションを推進。他メンバーへの教育・指導も担当。 Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in new data related technologies and hands-on approach to designing cloud-based or hybrid data environments for optimum utilization of data across our Group companies. As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for configuring scalable and efficient data architectures that meet the evolving needs of our organization.
