当社のマーケティング事業部にて、業界トップクラス（月間2000万UU超）の自社ポータルサイトの価値を最大化させるWebディレクション業務をお任せします。単なる数値分析にとどまらず、「どのようなサイトにするか」の企画立案から、グループ内のステークホルダーとの調整、施策の進行管理まで、プロジェクトのハブとして活躍していただきます。【具体的な仕事内容】コミュニケーション・調整業務：グループ会社（クライアント）との施策のすり合わせ、要望のヒアリング、提案。ディレクション業務：エンジニアやデザイナーと連携したサイトリニューアル・新機能の進行管理。コンテンツ・施策企画：ユーザーニーズに基づいたコンテンツ企画や、サイト改修のワイヤーフレーム、仕様書の作成。 SEO・データ分析： GA4やSearch Console等を用いた現状分析、改善案の策定（SEOの詳細は入社後に学べます）。 ★この仕事の醍醐味★ クライアントはグループ企業のため、距離が近く意思疎通がスムーズです。「提案して終わり」ではなく、パートナーとして同じ目標に向かってサイトを育てる手応えを感じられます。【将来的なキャリアパス】将来的には、SEOのスペシャリストとしてマーケティングを極めていくキャリアやチームメンバーのマネジメントなど、ご志向に合わせて多様なキャリアを築いていくことが可能です。【配属先】マーケティング事業部にて業務いただきます。社内にはSEOのエキスパートが多数在籍しており、大きな裁量のもと、SEOを極めていくことが可能です◎ 様々なバックグラウンドを持った社員が自分の強みを活かしながら日々活躍しています。入社後は、あなたの得意分野やスキルに合わせたサポートで、スキルや知識を伸ばしていける環境があります。
