大学や官公庁、メーカーなどで研究開発は日々行われています。研究に欠かせない理化学機器や研究設備、産業機器を製造・販売しているのがヤマト科学です。 （1）安定性・将来性 2025年に創業136周年を迎えました。130年以上の歴史の中で、日本を代表するメーカーの研究開発・ものづくりを支え続けています。過去最高売上も更新し業績も好調です。 （2）やりがい メーカー・商社2つの側面を持つため、お客様の要望に幅広い商材で課題解決を行うことが可能です。自身の提案したことが最新の研究や数年後の新製品開発に携わることもあり、やりがいを感じながら業務に励んでいただけることと思います。 （3）働き方 2024年4月から月に1回週休3日制を導入し、ワークライフバランスを重んじる環境づくりに励んでいます。年間休日126日で働きやすい環境になります◎ 仕事内容 研究機関や民間企業の開発部門、大学など教育機関に対して、研究施設品の専任担当として製品の拡販に努めていただきます。 【具体的な仕事内容】 大学や官公庁の研究施設や民間企業の開発部門、品質管理部門などの顧客に訪問 研究所の改修や新設、移転、設備の入れ替えといった情報のヒアリング 研究テーマや顧客が重視するポイントに応じて、設備を中心に空間全体をご提案 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務 業務の特徴 安全性・省エネ・デザイン・作業のしやすさなど重視する点は顧客によってさまざまです。「化学物質を扱う研究者の安全性をどう実現するか」など、実際に働く方の目線に立ちながら提案していくことが求められます。ご提案から導入までは数か月から数年ほどかかりますが、施工や設計の担当者を巻き込む、非常にやりがいのある仕事です。 入社後の流れ ▼STEP 1（入社当日） 本社の総務人事部にて、会社概要や制度、業務の基本を学ぶ座学式の初期研修を実施します。会社の理念や営業活動で使用するシステムの説明等、安心して業務に取り組める土台を築きます。 ▼STEP 2（～3カ月程度） 配属先にてOJT研修がスタート。先輩社員がマンツーマンで丁寧に指導します。また、チーム全体でお互いをフォローし合う文化が根付いており、安心して業務を覚えていただける環境です。
