【当社について】 当社では「いい不動産取引は、いいエージェントから。」を当たり前にするプラットフォームをつくることで、中古物件の取引数が増加する住宅市場においてより多くの優秀なエージェントがより効率的かつ自由に働く環境をつくり、誰もがより自由に安心して不動産売買取引ができる世界の実現を目指しています。 【業界について】 不動産取引の世界には、「店舗に出社して電話を何度もかけないと営業ができない」「顧客に提示する住宅ローンの選択肢を会社の都合で絞る」「複数の不動産ポータルサイトに個別にログインして、ひとつづつ情報を掲載する」「人の手で類似物件を調査して、物件価格を決める」等、不動産を売買したい人も仕事として携わる人も双方得をしない、解決すべき古い商習慣が数多く存在しています。 そういった古い商習慣を変えるべく、TERASSでは不動産取引における解決すべき課題を洗い出し、分析し、優先順位をつけながら当社では年間2～3つの新規プロダクトを開発しています。 【業務内容】 本ポジションでは、QAエンジニアとして、担当プロダクトの品質を支える実務全般を担当していただきます。 将来的には、バグを見つけるだけでなく「不具合が起きない仕組みづくり」にも関わっていただきます。 具体的には、担当プロダクトにおいて、以下の業務をお願いする想定です。 テスト計画の作成と実行 テストケースの設計とテスト実施 障害検出とレポーティング 【主な技術スタック】 フロントエンド TypeScript / React.js / Next.js バックエンド TypeScript / Node.js / （Python） インフラ Google Cloud Platform / CDKTF 【主な利用ツール】 Slack Notion Github Google Workspace(meet, calendar, gmail)
