Job Summary
バイオものづくり分野におけるインフォマティクスを活用した研究開発を推進します。主な業務として、生物機能の数理モデリングやシミュレーション技術の開発を行い、バイオ由来製品の培養・発酵プロセスの最適化に向けた動的モデル構築や計算科学アプローチの導入を担当します。また、マルチオミクスデータを含むバイオデータの統合解析環境の設計・構築を行い、生物データ統合・管理基盤の構築を推進します。Pythonなどを用いたデータ解析や機械学習の実装、研究テーマの立案から計画策定、技術開発や検証実験の実行、成果創出までをリードし、社内外の研究者との共同研究を推進しながら、研究プロジェクトの計画立案、進捗管理、成果報告を行います。バイオロジー、デジタル、計測・分析など多様な専門性を持つ研究者とともに、脱炭素・資源循環型社会の実現に向けた革新的な技術開発に取り組みます。Company Info
