通信業界向けの生成AI基盤モデル「Large Telecom Model」の開発において、LLM学習データセットの設計・収集・クレンジング、モデル学習パイプラインの構築・最適化、継続事前学習やFine-tuningによる性能向上を担当します。具体的には、国内最大規模のGPU基盤（1万基超）を活用し、DeepSpeedやMegatron-LMなどの分散学習フレームワークを用いた大規模モデルの学習実装、評価指標設計と自動評価フレームワークの整備、論文・OSSの調査と先端技術のPoC実施を行います。また、モバイルネットワークの設計・管理・運用における高度な推論を可能にするため、ソフトバンクが保有する膨大なネットワークデータを活用したモデルの継続的な改善と、社内外関係部署との連携によるAI利用促進活動も重要な業務となります。
