Job Summary
ペロブスカイト太陽電池の変換効率と耐久性向上に向けた研究開発を行います。具体的には、太陽電池デバイスの耐久試験の実施、各種評価手法による劣化箇所の特定、分解調査による劣化原因の究明を行い、得られた知見を構造設計と製造プロセスにフィードバックして改良策を検討します。また、太陽電池デバイスの性能評価、発光分析、インピーダンス測定、ロックインサーモグラフィ等の分析手法を用いたデバイス解析を実施し、自社および連携会社の評価・解析結果に基づいた技術的考察を行います。特に信頼性向上のための研究開発方針の策定を主導し、次世代太陽電池技術の社会実装に向けて、社内外のステークホルダーと協働しながら研究課題を推進します。Company Info
