需要拡大に伴う増員のため、ライフサイエンス事業部ライフサイエンス研究所にて、医薬・医療用素材に関連する研究開発業務をご担当いただく方を募集いたします。 医療用素材の開発業務のうち、以下のいずれかに携わっていただきます。 新規化合物の提案とその合成法開発 機能評価/評価法の開発 開発製品に対する製造フローの最適化/スケールアップ/工場への移管業務 特許明細書の作成や権利化業務 既存製品の改良業務 ポリエチレングリコールをキーマテリアルとした医薬・医療分野向けのDDS素材を開発します。 顧客は国内外の製薬企業であり、初期開発～上市後に至るまでの幅広い開発ステージに携わる機会があります。 また、GMPに関する知識・知見も得ることができます。 【配属先】ライフサイエンス事業部 ライフサイエンス研究所（総合職） ◆ライフサイエンス事業についてhttps://www.nof.co.jp/business/life 定期的に実施する面談を通じて、本人の意思を確認しながら適材適所にキャリアを形成していただきます。 営業や企画、品質保証、製造、物流などへのキャリアパスもありますが研究以外の職種に異動後、研究部門へ戻ってくることもあります。Company Info
