■職務の概要組織全体でAIの活用を促進するためのコンテンツの企画や浸透をリードする、ダイナミックでクリエイティブなAIプロモーションマネージャーを募集しています。この業務は、複雑なAI やデータ関連の取組みを、明確で説得力のあるコミュニケーションを通じて浸透させることで、それを実装・拡大していくための重要な役割を担います。 ■具体的な職務内容（雇入れ直後）１．コンテンツの企画やデザイン・AIプロジェクトがもたらす機会や成果を啓蒙するために、PowerPointやWord、その他の社内で利用可能なツールを使用して、高品質のプレゼンテーションやドキュメント、ビジュアル資料を作成します。・AI の技術的なコンセプトを、多様なステークホルダーにとって理解しやすい魅力的なコンテンツで表現します。・日本語および英語を用いて、書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションを行います。２．社内プロモーションとエンゲージメントの促進・社内の主要なステークホルダーとのネットワークを構築・維持して、AIに関するメッセージの浸透や取組みを加速します。・グローバルなイベントや大規模な会議、ワークショップを企画・サポートし、AIに関する取組みを推進します。３．戦略的なコミュニケーション・AIプロジェクトチームと協力してキーとなるメッセージを理解し、影響力のあるコミュニケーション戦略に反映させます。・すべての資料について一貫したメッセージングとブランディングを担保します。４．ナレッジの共有・ツールキット、テンプレート、ガイドを作成して、グループ各社におけるAIユースケースの推進をサポートします。・プロモーションに係る素材や成功事例を蓄積・管理します。（変更の範囲）企画立案・折衝調整・コンサルティング・事務・管理等の業務全般 Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative AI Promotion Manager to lead the development and dissemination of engaging content that promotes the use of AI across our organization. This role is pivotal in translating complex AI and data initiatives into clear, compelling communications that inspire adoption and scale impact. The ideal candidate will have a background in communications, marketing, or a related field, with a passion for storytelling and a collaborative spirit. While familiarity with AI and data topics is a plus, it is not a requirement—curiosity and the ability to learn quickly are more important. Advanced presentation and content creation skills is a key requirement. Key Responsibilities: ●Content Creation & Design Develop high-quality presentations, documents, and visual materials using PowerPoint, Word, and other internally available tools to communicate AI project outcomes and opportunities. Translate technical AI concepts into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences. Be comfortable with the use of Japanese and English languages for written and spoken communications. ●Internal Promotion & Engagement Build and maintain a network of internal champions and stakeholders to amplify AI messaging and drive adoption.
