（雇入れ直後） 【採用背景】 第一生命グループは、生命保険を中心とした「安心の提供」から、保険・金融の枠を超えた革新的なサービスを通じて「自分らしい生き方を支える」存在へと進化を遂げています。 私たちは、個人保険の新契約から満了・消滅に至るまでの長期にわたる契約期間を通じて、お客さまと継続的に接点を持つ重要な役割を担っています。 このような継続的な関係性の中で提供する顧客体験の質は企業価値に直結するものであり、非常にやりがいのある職務です。 保険期間が満了を迎えるときに「第一生命でよかった」と感じていただけるよう、手続きの手間を極限まで削減し、顧客理解に基づく適切なサービス・価値の提供を行う変革に、共に挑戦していただける方を募集いたします。 【職務概要・趣旨】 プロジェクトリーダーとして、生命保険契約に関する保全・保険料収納・通知業務等のサービス企画・開発をご担当いただきます。 また、将来的に生成AIと人の共存による新しい価値・サービスの検討、企画を担っていただくことを期待しています。 入社後は、研修を通じて生命保険業務に関する基礎知識を習得いただいたうえで、複数のプロジェクトにメンバーとして参画して実務経験を積み、生命保険契約に関する保全手続き、保険料収納、通知作成業務等のサービス企画・開発・運用・管理などの経験を積む機会を設けています。 【具体的な職務内容】 NPS・CX向上、DX推進に資する施策の分析・立案・実行 顧客接点の最適化に向けた既存業務の効率化、カイゼン案策定・実行 事務・システムの改定に伴うユーザー教育ならびに支援策の検討・実施 個人保険・財形保険に関する事務サービスおよびオペレーションの企画・設計・システム開発およびプロジェクトマネジメント 新商品や新サービス、法令改正などに対応したプロジェクトの遂行 （変更の範囲）企画立案・折衝調整・コンサルティング・事務・管理等の業務全般 【組織構成】 所属人数：88名 男女比：男性3割、女性7割 平均年齢：38.5歳 【働き方】 リモート頻度：週2回ほど リモートワークやフレックス出社、ワーケーションなど、柔軟な働き方が可能です
